Sarah is the Deputy Director of Nursing at Weeroona Aged Care Residence, supporting the Director of Nursing in clinical leadership, governance, and the delivery of safe, high-quality, resident-centred care. She contributes to quality improvement initiatives, strengthens clinical systems, and supports nursing staff.

Sarah commenced at Weeroona in 2016 as an Assistant in Nursing and has since progressed through clinical and leadership roles, including Clinical Liaison, prior to her appointment as Deputy Director of Nursing. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Charles Sturt University, Certificates in Individual Support and Horticulture, and completed the ACIPC Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control Course in 2025.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling, gardening, reading, creative writing, playing video games and piano, and spending time with her husband, two cats, and three dogs.
